Pragadeesh Prakasam

Pragadeesh Prakasam is Senior Principal Architect at American Airlines, where he focuses on building and scaling digital platforms that power customer experience, personalization, and commerce at enterprise scale. Working at the intersection of platform strategy, AI enablement, and cross-domain architecture, he has spent over 13 years leading the airline's most consequential technology transformations — including the modernization of AA.com, the rearchitecture of airport kiosk infrastructure, and the design of the federated graph architecture that unifies customer, loyalty, reservations, and check-in capabilities across web, mobile, and kiosk experiences. His work now extends into agentic AI, using that same graph foundation to enable AI systems to reason and act across operational domains in real time. Pragadeesh holds a Master's in Computer Science from Oklahoma State University and a Master's in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Dallas.
