By accessing and using the AI Agent Conference website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, registration for our conference, and any related services we provide.

2. Conference Registration and Tickets

Registration for AI Agent Conference 2026 is subject to availability and payment of applicable fees. All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled by the organizers. Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. Attendees must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for keeping their registration details current.

Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from the organizers. Any unauthorized transfer or resale of tickets may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Event Policies

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the conference. We reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates our code of conduct or disrupts the event. No refunds will be provided for removal due to misconduct.

Photography, video recording, and audio recording may occur during the event. By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded and grant us the right to use such materials for promotional purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

All content presented at AI Agent Conference, including but not limited to presentations, materials, and recordings, remains the intellectual property of the respective speakers and organizers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of conference content is strictly prohibited.

The AI Agent Conference name, logo, and branding are trademarks and may not be used without explicit written permission.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

In the event that AI Agent Conference 2026 is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will provide refunds or credits for future events at our discretion.

Attendees who cannot attend due to personal circumstances may request a refund up to 30 days before the event date, subject to a processing fee. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations within 30 days of the event.

6. Limitation of Liability

AI Agent Conference organizers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your attendance at the conference or use of our services. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Attendees participate in conference activities at their own risk. We recommend that all attendees obtain appropriate travel and health insurance.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
