
Jeffrey Norman
Jeff Norman is Vice President of Low Carbon Ammonia at Air Products, where he is responsible for loading and derisking Air Products’ investments in the Neom Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC) and Darrow/Louisiana Clean Energy (LCE) projects. He joined Air Products in 2022 and previously worked as Vice President of Large Project Business Development for the Americas. Jeff has over 20 years of experience in developing and executing projects throughout the global energy sector, including leading P&Ls managing gas, wind and solar PV projects in North America and the Middle East. Early in his career, he worked in project management and eventually served as a Vice President with InfraSource/Quanta Services overseeing renewable energy EPC projects in North America. He also led the capital planning of new infrastructure and then led large multi-billion dollar project deals supporting Saudi Aramco’s power, downstream and hydrogen syngas operations. Prior to joining Air Products, Mr. Norman served as Head of Country for TotalEnergies Renewables International in Qatar. Jeff has completed graduate studies in nuclear engineering at the University of Illinois, finance and accounting at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
