With over 25 years in technology, she has built and scaled companies at the intersection of data, design, and intelligence. Her teams build AI agents, train models, and design intelligent automations that help partners grow faster through smarter insights. Previously, Masha held a senior engineering leadership role at Avenue One, helping scale the company to a $1B+ valuation, and co-founded RealAtom, a 500 Startups-backed fintech modernizing commercial real estate financing. She is also the founder of CitrusWorks, advising startups on AI strategy and product innovation.
