Heena Purohit

She is the Director of AI startups for Microsoft for Startups, where she focuses on discovering and supporting the world’s most promising Data and AI startups, and helping them succeed by partnering with the Microsoft ecosystem. Prior to that, she spent 15+ years building and scaling Enterprise AI products. She launched and scaled multiple AI products from 0 to 1 and was incubating a portfolio of GenAI startups at IBM’s Corporate incubator program. Outside work, she is dedicated to promoting gender diversity in AI and building the AI-powered future responsibly. She is a global AI speaker and a leading advocate for AI literacy, responsible AI, and gender diversity in technology, working to ensure we’re building the AI-powered future responsibly.
