Dr. Ilan Kadar is the CEO and Co-founder of Plurai, helping companies build and ship reliable and continuously improving Agentic AI applications. Plurai unifies simulation, evaluation, protection, and optimization into a single platform, making the development of agents as fast, systematic, and reliable as a CI/CD pipeline, accelerating time-to-market, reducing operational risk, and maximizing business impact. Dr. Kadar has over a decade of experience building AI systems that deliver real-world impact, from autonomous vehicles to GenAI applications. Previously, he served as Executive VP of AI & Automotive at Nexar and Deep Learning Group Leader at Cortica, leading end-to-end research and productization of advanced AI solutions. He holds a PhD in Machine Learning and Computer Vision and has published in top-tier conferences.
