Adar Bitan is the CIO of Paz Oil & Gas, where he leads the technology strategy and digital infrastructure for one of Israel's largest energy and retail conglomerates. With a relentless focus on moving AI from experimentation to enterprise production, Adar champions the deployment of Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI-first coding to run real-world workloads—including Paz's innovative 'Smart Station' initiatives. Prior to his current role, Adar served as a Client Technology Lead at Microsoft Israel and managed digital products at Phoenix Insurance. He specializes in bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI architectures and rigorous, large-scale operational execution.
