Sam Silverlieb is SVP of Org. Effectiveness at ZoomInfo (NASDAQ: GTM), where he leads people analytics & AI, tech & operations, and real estate & employee experience for a global workforce of 3,000 employees. Sam brings diverse leadership experience across the tech, finance, and healthcare sectors. Prior to ZoomInfo, he served as Head of Org. Effectiveness at Coinbase (NASDAQ: COIN) and was a Partner at McChrystal Group, an advisory firm applying military special ops practices to build high performing organizations at scale. His background also includes roles in VC, investment banking, and strategy consulting. Sam holds an M.B.A. from Yale and a B.A. from Harvard.
