Raghu Malpani

Raghu Malpani, Chief Technology Officer, UiPath, brings his many years of experience in leading innovative product development to his role as head of the company’s global engineering efforts. Prior to joining UiPath in May 2024, Raghu held senior product positions at two technology giants: Microsoft and Meta. At Microsoft, his most recent position was Corporate Vice President for the Microsoft 365 Application and Data Platform; prior to that, he led global teams focused on the Copilot semantic index platform and Microsoft Graph, among others. At Meta, Raghu was responsible for the global Decisions Platform team, building experimentation, personalization, and market intelligence platforms.
