He leads enterprise-wide technology, data, and process transformation, integrating ERP, CRM, and AI tools to support a fast-growing, multi-location construction materials business. Before joining FABco, Matt spent several years at McKinsey & Company, where he served as Global Leader of Technology & Innovation for the firm’s Innovation and Learning Centers and helping industrial clients deliver large-scale operational and digital change.
