Jonathan Ashtor

Jonathan Ashtor is Global Co-Head of Intellectual Property & Technology Transactions and Co-Chair of the firm’s Global Artificial Intelligence Group. His practice focuses on technology M&A transactions, IP licensing, technology development and collaboration agreements, AI services and hosting agreements and technology dispute resolution and advisory work. Jonathan represents numerous clients in connection with AI technologies and the associated regulatory and legal issues. He represents companies across a wide range of industries in acquiring, developing and licensing transformative AI technologies for critical business functions. He also has extensive experience advising major M&A transactions and joint ventures involving complex AI systems, such as autonomous driving, natural language understanding, identity analytics and generative AI applications.
