Heiko Hotz is a Generative AI Global Blackbelt at Google Cloud, known for his unique blend of technical depth, strategic insight, and proven delivery in the AI agent space. With experience from Amazon, AWS, and Google, and holding a Physics Master's and an MBA from London Business School, Heiko drives multi-million dollar AI initiatives for global clients. He specialises in deploying AI agents at scale, building complex evaluation frameworks, and automating prompt engineering pipelines, directly influencing product development and enabling significant AI adoption for enterprises. Heiko also serves as an Affiliate Lecturer at London Business School, where he teaches Generative AI Product Design.
