As Chief Customer Officer at 1mind, a platform that deploys autonomous Superhumans for revenue teams, she helps customers drive value from Superhumans equipped with deep technical and product knowledge and the ability to play multiple autonomous roles across the prospect/customer journey. Bridget is an OG in the analytics and AI space where she built customer success and service teams. Bridget has served as Chief Customer Officer at Typeface, Dataiku, and Datorama (acquired by Salesforce). She’s also built sales teams at Twitter, TellApart, and Yext, and advises companies including dbt Labs and Hex. Her customer-first approach has fueled outsized growth at each company she has been a part of and she intends to help drive a similar trajectory for 1mind.
